The Dallas native stopped to chat with me about his role in the inspirational drama, which led to talk of his personal faith.
Todd shared his personal story which saw him grow up in the faith, only to leave it and experience New Age-type beliefs, before returning to the faith he knew was true.
The actor described a classic experience felt by many in the church. The classic camp conversion story opened up an even bigger discussion about emotionalism in the church.
